John Hunter

John Hunter is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience across multiple firms. Currently serving as a Principal at Blitz since January 2014, John oversees project execution and design delivery. Previously, John worked as an Architect at TLCD Architecture, where responsibilities included leading specification writing for a variety of projects. Experience as an Architect at CJK Design Group involved technical oversight and construction administration, while at EKONA Architecture + Planning, John developed construction administration procedures and conducted quality assurance. Prior positions include Project Architect at Cannon Design, where project management encompassed a range of building types, along with earlier roles at Bruner/Cott Architects and Planners and as a Junior Architect. John holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Clark University.
