Refael Kshntovsky has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Refael began their career in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer R&D at U.S.R. Electronic Systems, where they were responsible for designing and developing electo-mechanical systems. In 2010, they moved to VeriFone as a Mechanical Engineer R&D, where they designed and produced plastic parts for mass production. In 2012, they joined Powermat as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for project leading from initial concept to mass production, managing sub-contractors in Asia, designing PCBs, and defining electro-mechanical connectors and components. In 2014, they became Head of Mechanical Design at Cardo Systems, Inc. and in 2017, they took on the role of VP Development and Engineering at Blix.
Refael Kshntovsky received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Systems Engineering from Afeka TLV Israel in 2009. Refael then went on to earn their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in System Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering in 2016.
