Cathal Hurl

Cathal Hurl is a senior finance leader with over 12 years of experience in the branded consumer goods industry. They have held key positions at Mars, L'Oréal, and General Mills, where they successfully drove financial transformations and supported strategic growth initiatives. Currently, Cathal serves as a Financial Controller at BLK BOX, continuing to leverage their strong competency in financial management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability. They earned a BSc in Accounting from Queen's University Belfast and have completed additional leadership training at the Irish Management Institute.
