BLKMKT AI is the ethical and intellectual core of a broader technology ecosystem led by Everett N. Kelsey Jr., focused on building culturally fluent, values-aligned artificial intelligence. BLKMKT develops third-party frameworks for bias detection, content authentication, and integrity scoring across AI systems and media platforms—protecting civil liberties through technologies grounded in human context and moral clarity.

Co-founded in 2022 by Kelsey and Joe Sanzo, and later joined by technical co-founder Dmytro Tatievski, BLKMKT AI was created to realize the visionary frameworks developed by BLKMKT Tech—a strategic think tank and consultancy founded by Kelsey in 2023. Together, these entities drive a dual-engine model for ethical innovation.

BLKMKT Tech architects the mission: as an independent AI consultancy and research lab, it designs forward-looking frameworks for digital governance, systems ethics, and culturally informed machine intelligence. It works with partners in government, academia, and civil society.

BLKMKT AI brings those ideas to life, transforming abstract strategies into working software and scalable infrastructure that prioritize transparency, cultural fluency, and digital agency.

DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY COALITION (DSC) extends this work into the public and policy arena. Founded by Kelsey in 2025, DSC leads a new Digital Civil Rights Movement, organizing nonpartisan coalitions to counter techno-authoritarianism and protect democratic agency.

FIFTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AI (5IR AI) founded in 2025 by Kelsey, serves as the storytelling engine—a civic media platform that demystifies the forces shaping our digital lives. Through videos, essays, and interviews, 5IR AI informs the public and inspires civic action.

A UNIFIDE MISSION

BLKMKT Tech: Strategizes
BLKMKT AI: Builds

This structure ensures integrity at every layer—separating power while aligning purpose across code, policy, and culture.
