Chantal Basile

Chantal Basile currently serves as Assistente HR Development at BLMGROUP, where responsibilities include managing the company’s LMS for training and selection, reporting and document preparation using Office 365 tools, handling the onboarding process for new hires, supporting project management for ATS implementation, and assisting in talent scouting and recruiting. Previously, Chantal completed a year of civil service at Biblioteca Ugo Bernasconi, overseeing library collections and providing administrative support to staff. Chantal began career development as a student intern at Biblioteca Comunale di Como, contributing to events and exhibits aimed at showcasing the library’s historical collections, an experience that inspired a thesis for the degree in Scienze dei beni e delle attività culturali from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria.
