Bloc Talent, established in 2020 by former Great Britain athlete Kola Adedoyin and ex-aspiring footballer David Odetunde, is a management agency that operates under a holistic 360 Management approach. This approach focuses on comprehensive support for athletes both on and off the pitch.

On the Pitch: Bloc Talent ensures that its clients receive top-tier external technical development. This includes strength and conditioning training that meets Team GB Olympic standards, both during pre-season and throughout the year. Their focus on physical development is designed to optimize athletic performance at the highest levels of competition.

Off the Pitch: Bloc Talent provides an array of services to handle the off-field aspects of an athlete's life, such as public relations, financial management, legal services, brand management, and property management. This comprehensive support structure is aimed at allowing athletes to concentrate fully on their careers, knowing that other important aspects of their lives are being professionally managed.

The agency prides itself on having a strong network within the football industry, including a wide range of scouts and connections. This network provides them with the knowledge and expertise to support their clients effectively. Bloc Talent is selective about whom they represent, viewing each client’s career as a long-term project. While talent is important, the agency places a higher value on mindset, striving to enhance not only the athletic abilities of their clients but also their personal development through mentoring.

Overall, Bloc Talent's philosophy is to offer a broad spectrum of services that enable athletes to focus solely on their careers, with the agency managing all other facets of their professional and personal lives.
