Javier Requena

Javier Requena is an experienced casino and VIP manager, currently serving as Casino Manager at Block Labs since March 2025, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Previously, Javier held the position of VIP Manager at Club Riches and at William Hill, where responsibilities included account management and marketing strategies.
