Built on nearly 25+ years of personal experience working in the industry, with the aim solely to be the most professional, contactable and cost effective managing agent Block Managers Limited was launched, adopting unique methods that not only saves money but improves the quality of service that all residents receive.

Provided with not just a dedicated site manager the company structure ensures residents have a more comprehensive contact base ensuring calls are dealt with by the right person first time every time.

Compliance with all relevant industry regulations is taken very seriously. Individual bank accounts are set up for each managed development and not held in a large client account, making accounting for your monies easier. All statements produced are concise and easily understandable and shows where and what your money has been spent on together with details of service charge payments collected. As with all produced statements and correspondence clear and jargon free is the norm.

Not all managing agents are the same, not only do we provide a real service for your service charge we'll even GUARANTEE to reduce that too!
