Michael Lubin

Michael oversees all Block.one’s legal, regulatory and compliance activities. Previously he served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Front Yard Residential Corporation (NYSE: RESI) where he oversaw the Company’s legal function, managing several billion dollars of public and private merger and acquisition transactions and corporate financings. In addition, Michael was responsible for Front Yard’s corporate governance, board and committee proceedings and public company reporting all in accordance with SEC, NYSE, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Previous to Front Yard, Michael held a similar position as General Counsel and Senior Vice-President of Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd. (NASDAQ: HLSS), a publicly listed specialty finance corporation. Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Michael held positions as legal counsel at Bell Canada Enterprises (TSX, NYSE: BCE) and as a corporate attorney at the law firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, in Toronto, Ontario.
