With more than 15 years combined experience, Block Property Solutions Limited was founded by two veterans in the Property Managment industry.  Having dealt with high-profile and demanding London portfolios they understood the requirements of property as well as delivering a service which meets the needs of a Property Managers’ expectations.

The aim of offering a unique approach to the property maintenance industry – to tackle works from a property manager’s perspective. We noticed that lots of property maintenance companies are not able to deliver services that meet the expectations of property managers. At Block Property Solutions we truly understand the workings and expectations of both Property Management companies and their staff. We also understand how demanding a Property Manager’s job can be, which is why in everything we do, we try to think one step ahead in order to turn issues into solutions.

All our jobs are thoroughly documented with before and after photos, and we offer full reporting on jobs within 24 hours. To save a Property Managers time and money, all our invoices are presented with before and after photos too so Property Managers don’t have to track down the original job report, freeing them up to deal with the complex issues at hand.

For every client, we assign a dedicated account manager to provide a range of services from preparing quotes, providing daily updates and answering account queries.  At Block Property Solutions Ltd, our account managers inspect their client’s properties regularly, providing full reports from both the Property Manager and maintenance contractor’s perspective.

What’s more, our operatives wear branded uniforms, are polite, smart and presentable. They are skilled and knowledgeable in their respective trades and are professionally qualified.
