Alex Roberts

Alex Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career in 2000 as an Accounts Department Assistant at DIESEL CARD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. From there, they worked as an Assistant Management Accountant at Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in 2003. In 2004, they transitioned to Cheshire Police (Cheshire Constabulary) and held various roles, including Finance Officer, Assistant Management Accountant, Project Accountant, and Management Accountant. In 2017, they worked as an Interim Management Accountant at MOSSCARE HOUSING LIMITED and as Head of Cash, Banking, and Centralized Accounting at Fujitsu, where they led significant change and managed a £1bn balance sheet. They continued their career as an Interim Intercompany Accountant at Fircroft in 2020 and as a Faculty Accountant at the University of Leeds in 2021. From 2022 to 2023, they took on roles as an Interim Senior Finance Manager at NHS Leeds CCG and as a Finance Business Partner at Biocomposites. Currently, they are working as a Management Accountant at Block Solutions.

Alex Roberts attended Sandbach School from 1990 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. Alex did not pursue a specific field of study during this time. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Professional Member in CIMA from CIMA institution.
