Darragh McCarron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They began in 2003 as a Campaign Manager at Tangozebra and worked until 2006. They then joined IPsoft Professional Services AB, where they served as a Media Services Manager from 2006 to 2008, a Service Delivery Manager from 2008 to 2010, and a Customer Relationship Manager from 2011 to 2013. Currently, McCarron works at Block Solutions as a Service Manager starting in 2013 and recently transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager in 2022.

Darragh McCarron's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Computing and Information Systems from Ulster University, which was completed from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Darragh McCarron has also obtained several certifications. Darragh obtained the Cisco Customer Success Manager (CSM) certification from Cisco in January 2022. In November 2019, they received the ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In April 2016, they acquired the ITIL Service Transition (ITIL-ST) certification, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Lastly, in May 2013, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training, also provided by AXELOS Global Best Practice.
