Tracy Doucèt

Tracy joined the Block Executive Board in 2017, following the acquisition of Innov8 as a Block company. Within her 20+ years of executive and non-executive experience, Tracy has held several board level positions within financial services and retail, along with Chair of a £250m NHS Foundation Trust, and CEO of a strategic consulting practice serving several FTSE 100 companies including Marks & Spencer Plc, Tomkins Plc and The Department of Health.
