We are people focused agency experts: mentors, coaches, consultants, and legal professionals. We know when people come together, celebrate our differences, and care for each other, amazing things are possible.

We work with you to deliver:
- Happy, united and collaborative teams
- Individuals feeling trusted and respected
- Projects that exceed expectations
- Issues dealt with and properly resolved

Our consultants work with you to deliver:

*** Personal development frameworks ***
People put a lot of effort into reviews and setting objectives, but the effectiveness of these exercises is minimised by the lack of continual reflection and integration in daily life. We maximise effectiveness of reviews and feedback by:
* Setting up personal development tooling to ensure consistency and ease of access
* Aligning personal development with team values and strategic projects
* Preparing meeting schedules, templates, and notes
* Working with managers to provide valuable, challenging feedback all the time

*** Hiring management and recruitment ***
We all know how important bringing the right people into a team is, and the damage getting it wrong can do. We can manage internal recruitment, alongside working with our in-house recruiters when demand for new people is high. We embed hiring in your team's core activity, so when a position becomes open, it can be filled fast. We manage everything from candidate marketing and search, through to salary negotiations and onboarding.

*** Employee engagement ***
What makes your team tell their peers that City Dynamics is the best job they’ve ever had? We work with teams to find out what they really value and how the company can support this.

*** Performance management ***
During our time working together, there may be individuals or teams that are not reaching their potential. This doesn’t have to be a negative exercise, and we can work on a plan to get people back on track, with clear objectives and coaching.
