Alexis Stowers

Alexis Stowers is a seasoned corporate paralegal with extensive experience in entity management and legal operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Corporate Paralegal for Block since September 2020, Alexis has implemented a new auditing process for domestic entities. Prior roles include working at The RealReal, where collaboration with the FP&A team for legal budget forecasting was key, and at Pandora, where responsibilities involved maintaining SEC filings, managing corporate governance matters, and supporting M&A activities. Earlier career experience includes time at Change.org, where Alexis initially served as Executive Assistant to the CFO and General Counsel before being promoted to paralegal. Alexis holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and has an educational background from Duquesne University.
