Alisha Bland

Alisha Bland is an experienced Packaging Program Management professional currently serving as Packaging Program Lead - Proto and Hardware Ops - Packaging Program Management Team Lead at Block since December 2021, overseeing packaging solutions for all Square device product lines. Additionally, Alisha holds the position of Global Co-Chair for AfroBlock, an employee resource group focused on the growth and retention of Black talent within Block. Previously, Alisha worked at Square from August 2016 to December 2021 as Global Co-Chair for the Black Squares Association, alongside roles in Program Management Team Lead and Senior Program Manager for Hardware Packaging. Prior experience includes working at Apple, Beats by Dr. Dre, Belkin, and Shriners Hospitals for Children, with a strong foundation in marketing and management from the University of California, Riverside, where a Bachelor of Science degree in BSBA was earned.
