Alison Vidler

Alison Vidler currently serves as the Employee Experience Engineering & Content Management Strategy lead at Block, where the focus is on managing global content management strategy and processes while fostering knowledge sharing across the organization. Alison has held various leadership roles across multiple companies, including Talent Operations and Technology Lead at CashApp and HR Transformation and Change Management at Avid-ly. With a background in managing talent operations, business systems, and people technology, Alison has successfully implemented scalable improvements for diverse business units. Notable achievements include launching the first remote El Bloque chapter for remote Hispanics at Block, and developing comprehensive talent management programs at Avid-ly. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and International Business from Manhattan University, as well as certifications in Frontend web development from General Assembly and Code Labs Academy.
