Alyson Danner

Alyson Danner currently serves as General Counsel for Cash App at Block, starting in September 2024. Previously, Alyson held the position of Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at Bank of America from July 2010 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Global Payment Solutions Legal and Global Banking Digital Legal teams, managing over 30 lawyers. Earlier in career, Alyson was an Associate at Moore & Van Allen PLLC, focusing on the representation of agent banks in syndicated credit facilities. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
