Amber Hazeley

Amber Hazeley is a seasoned product and strategy leader with over 12 years of experience focusing on enterprise modernization, platform enablement, and cross-functional product delivery within technology and financial services. Currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy & Operations at Block, they drive multi-year modernization initiatives that have markedly improved delivery alignment and achieved significant cost savings. Prior to this role, Amber advanced through various positions at Fifth Third Bank, where they modernized systems and enhanced operational practices. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Communication at the University of Cincinnati, complementing their Bachelor's degree in the same field, where they graduated Cum Laude.
