Austen Caraker, Esq. is the Head of Issuing Bank Program Management at Block, leading complex program management efforts that integrate product, operations, compliance, and partner needs. With over a decade of experience across fintech, banking, and financial services, they have previously held roles as Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Evergreen Wealth and as a Global Risk and Compliance Manager at American Express. Austen has built high-impact programs and compliance frameworks while ensuring regulatory alignment and operational excellence. They are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law.
