Cea Stapleton Cordasco

Cea Stapleton Cordasco is an action-oriented technical leader currently serving as the engineering manager for Authorization Infrastructure at Block, where they have successfully grown their team from one internal transfer to seven engineers. They previously held roles such as Identity Infrastructure Lead and Senior Software Engineering Manager across various departments at Block. Cea’s earlier experience includes lead developer at H2Oscore and software engineering roles at Bendyworks, Healthfinch, Etsy, and Heroku, where they contributed to significant infrastructure transformations and team development initiatives. Cea is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Lawrence University and has completed graduate coursework in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
