Chanda Mafuka

Chanda Mafuka currently serves as the Head of Security Governance, Risk and Compliance at Block, overseeing Governance, Risk and Compliance for Square, CashApp, AfterPay, and other Block business units and products since June 2023. Additionally, Chanda is a member of the Board of Advisors for the PCI Security Standards Council. Prior experience includes roles such as Payments Security Governance Lead at Block Inc. (Square, Inc.), Senior Compliance Manager at NetSuite, and Risk and Compliance Program Manager at Workday, focusing on Privacy, Risk, and Information Security Program Compliance. Earlier career experiences also encompass managerial and consulting positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Pinsoft Management Consultants. Chanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Solusi University, attained between 1996 and 2000.
