Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith is currently the Product Compliance Lead at Block, specializing in Trust and Consumer. They have over 13 years of experience in Risk and Compliance, having held significant roles at PayPal, where they served as Director for various Risk and Compliance programs, and at American Express as Director of Global Risk & Compliance. Previously, they were a Law Clerk at Odyssey Re and worked as a Ski Instructor at Aspen Skiing Company. Courtney is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Brooklyn Law School, along with advanced degrees in education and English from Boston College and Colby College.
