Crissy Solh is currently the Principal Counsel for Regulatory and Product at Block, Inc., a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Corporate Counsel at Esurance from 2012 to 2015, where they consulted on product teams, negotiated sponsorship agreements, and collaborated on contract negotiations. Prior to that, they gained experience at Squire Sanders and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, focusing on various aspects of finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. Crissy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
