Danielle Flam is a Principal Researcher at Block, where they currently lead Ecosystem Insights across various platforms, including Square, Cash App, and Tidal. They have extensive experience in user research, having served as a UX Research Lead at Cash App and a Senior UX Researcher at Facebook. Danielle previously held roles as a Research Manager at the Environmental Conservation Organization and ReD Associates, contributing to insights in human behavior and policy recommendations. They earned a Bachelor’s degree from Reed College and advanced degrees in Social Science and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Chicago.
