Diana Jones

Diana (Lee) Jones is an accomplished professional in organizational development and leadership, currently serving as the Head of Learning at Block since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as the People and Organizational Development Lead at Plaid from January 2020 to June 2021, and various leadership positions at Zuora, including Senior Director of Leadership, Development & Community and Director of People & Leadership Development from June 2014 to March 2019. Diana's career also includes a role as Senior Director of HP Global Executive Leadership Development at Hewlett-Packard in 2014, along with several positions at Hewlett-Packard from 2009 to 2013, such as Director of Talent & Performance Management and Talent Program Manager.
