Ivan Solotov earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Sociology from the University of Idaho in 2011. They began their professional career at Alturas Analytics, Inc., focusing on business development, and later held key roles in compliance management at Western Union. Ivan further advanced to a senior associate position at Coinbase, where they managed the TRUST coalition's growth and collaborated on compliance initiatives. Currently, they serve as a Regulatory Program Manager at Block, where they continue to influence the regulatory landscape.
