James Martin

James Martin is a member of the leadership team at Block, currently serving as the Acquiring and Network Operations Lead for Square, Cash App, and Afterpay. With a focus on researching high-risk complaints in the payment operations sector, James leads investigations into commercial banking, merchant services, treasury management, and small business lending. Prior to this role, James worked at Cash App as the Network Ops Lead and held various strategy consulting positions at Wells Fargo. James earned a BA in Communication and an M.C.M. in Communication Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Southern California.
