John Sullivan Hamilton

John Sullivan Hamilton is a design leader focused on brand standards, design systems, and service design, currently serving as Design Lead for Open Source & AI at Block Inc. They have previously held significant roles, including Head of Design Systems at Cash App and Design Systems Lead at Netflix, where they contributed to the reconstruction of design systems and brand experiences. John co-founded Proper, where they developed a comprehensive product ecosystem and established a multi-state affiliate sales network. Their extensive experience includes working with notable clients such as Adobe, Kashi, Nike, and Google, spanning positions in various design capacities since 2005.
