Johnny Stoneburner

Johnny Stoneburner, M.A., Ed.D., is a solutions-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, currently serving as the Head of Global Learning & Content Operations at Block. They previously held significant roles at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager, where they launched a global learning innovation program, and at Cash App, where they managed a team to enhance customer experiences through strategic learning initiatives. Johnny has also served as an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University and held leadership positions at Teach For America and various school districts. Their educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UCLA and a Master's in Education from Loyola Marymount University.
