Joshua Holmes

Joshua Holmes is currently the Senior Product Counsel at Block and has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer specializing in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment funds. From 2016 to 2020, Joshua served as a Senior Associate at MinterEllison, where they advised leading investment managers and institutional investors on fund structuring and negotiation. Additionally, Joshua held the position of Counsel in the Delivery department at Uber from 2021 to 2023. They began their career as a Desk Associate at Wilson HTM and have a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland, where they are currently studying.
