Lauren H. serves as the Global Head of Customer Success for TIDAL at Block since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in customer support operations and management. Prior roles include Interim Head of Customer Support Operations at BritBox International, where Lauren established first international contact centers, and Global Director of Customer Support Operations at Spotify, responsible for expanding operations in 17 new international markets. Additional experience includes serving as Global Director of Services and Account Operations at Marchex, Head of Account Management at ResultsCX, and Director of Customer Success and Project Management at SiriusXM, where strategic expansions in overseas operations were accomplished. Lauren also operated Lillys Blow Dry and Makeup Lounge and held an IT Manager/PMO Lead position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Cincinnati.
