LLAVAR R. MINDLEY is a Technical Program Manager at Block, currently overseeing complex systems to ensure their smooth operation and scalability. With over a decade of experience in infrastructure, site reliability, and AI-driven systems, LLAVAR has previously held roles at Meta, Twitter, Google, and other notable companies, driving significant improvements in core infrastructure and capacity management. LLAVAR's experience includes leading adtech initiatives at Warner Bros. Discovery and optimizing data center operations globally. Additionally, LLAVAR is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Morgan State University.
