Loay Moamen

Loay Moamen is a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies, including TIDAL and Block, where active roles have been held since October 2021. Prior to this, Loay contributed expertise at RiksTV, Memory.ai, and Smartera 3S Solutions and Systems, with a focus on developing algorithms and leading data acquisition teams. Notable achievements include creating a sentiment analysis algorithm for dialectal Arabic and a content-based recommender system during an internship at Incorta. Loay's foundational skills in game development were established at Microsoft, where a game development framework utilizing DirectX 11 and Microsoft XAML was designed and implemented. Loay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University, earned in 2016.
