Marissa Phillips

Marissa Phillips has extensive experience in content strategy and writing, having held significant roles at renowned companies such as Facebook, Airbnb, and eBay. From 2012 to 2016, Marissa served as a Content Strategy Manager at Facebook and later founded the UX Writing team at Airbnb, where they led content initiatives until 2021. Currently, Marissa is the Head of Writing at Block, where they lead both product-side Content Designers and brand Copywriters. Marissa holds a Master’s degree from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
