Marlon Molinare

Marlon Molinare is an experienced professional in civil process and tax operations, currently serving as the Civil Process & Tax Operations Lead at Block since November 2019. Prior to this role, Marlon held multiple positions at Square from March 2013 to November 2019, including Recovery & Credit Risk Lead and Dispute Operations Analyst. Marlon's earlier experience includes serving as a Web Presence Expert at AutoVitals, Co-Founder of Chan Teas, and Business Operations Manager at Wine Club Shipment, as well as various roles at the Institute for Energy and Isla Vista Food Co-Op. Marlon earned a B.S. in Environmental Studies with a focus on Energy & Ecology from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by international experience at the University of Ghana.
