Marty Gray

Marty Gray is an accomplished professional in public policy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Head of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs for Asia-Pacific at Block since February 2022. Prior to this role, Marty held the position of Director of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Afterpay from August 2020 to February 2022, and previously at Uber, where Marty advanced from Senior Associate to Head of Public Policy and Communications for Canada between April 2016 and August 2020. Marty began a career in public policy at the Premier's Department NSW, serving in multiple roles including Policy Adviser and Department Liaison Officer from April 2010 to April 2016, and also worked as Public Policy Manager at the Tourism & Transport Forum. Marty Gray holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Certificate in Planning from UNSW, and dual degrees in Commerce and Arts from the University of Sydney.
