Mic Neale is a highly experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as Principal Engineering for Applied AI at Block as of November 2024, focusing on leveraging AI to enhance productivity for developers and non-developers through open source initiatives. As an angel investor and advisor at Sprkl since January 2022, Neale supports the development of personal observability tools for developers. Neale co-founded CloudBees in March 2010, holding multiple roles including Chief Scientist and engineering manager, dedicated to creating a comprehensive platform as a service for developers.
