Michelle Alen

Michelle Alen has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Michelle is currently working at Block as the Global Head of Integration, Corporate Development. Prior to that, they worked at Vencapital as a Venture Fellow, and at WeWork as a Manager, Transformation / Strategic Projects and Manager, M&A Integration and Strategic Projects. Michelle also has experience working as the Management & Strategy Lead at the Global People's Summit and as a Manager, Strategic Transactions and Senior Associate at GE. Additionally, they had internships at Lacoste as a Financial Analyst Intern and at Gucci as a Business Development Intern.

Michelle Alen attended Rutgers Business School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. In 2013, they participated in the International Economy Summer Program at Universitat d'Alacant. Additionally, Michelle has earned two additional certifications. In October 2023, they completed the Women in Leadership program from Columbia Business School Executive Education. In March 2023, they also completed the Management Accelerator program as part of the Hispanic & Latino Leadership Academy at McKinsey & Company.
