Myeong Seok

Myeong Seok, Bryan, Cha is an accomplished Information Security professional with extensive experience in security engineering and operations. Currently serving as a Staff Platform Security Engineer at Block since May 2019, Myeong has previously held significant roles at notable companies including Ellie Mae, Human Longevity, Inc., Intuit, and eBay. Myeong's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas such as DevSecOps, application penetration testing, incident response, and forensic analysis. Notable achievements include developing in-house threat intelligence solutions, building security operations teams, and implementing comprehensive forensic programs. Myeong also contributed to educating future security engineers as a CISSP Program instructor with (ISC)2 and has a Master's degree in Engineering from Chosun University.
