Nathan Blesse is currently the Head of Employee Experience Product at Block, where they have held various leadership roles since 2017. Previously, Nathan worked at Twitter from 2013 to 2017, leading a team focused on enhancing people experiences, and at Sony Computer Entertainment America from 2010 to 2013, where they were instrumental in supporting talent development initiatives.
