Neil Li

Neil Li has over 18 years of experience in the tech manufacturing industry, with a focus on hardware operations program management. They have played key roles in various companies, including serving as the Hardware Operations Program Manager at Square, where they contributed to flagship products such as the Square Register and Square Terminal. Previously, they held positions at Foster Electric, where they were responsible for new product introductions and large-scale project management. Currently, Neil is the Square Hardware China Site Lead at Block, overseeing operations and team development for the APAC region, while holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
