Olabode O. is a seasoned cybersecurity and information security professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance. Since September 2020, Olabode has served as Lead (Director) of Cybersecurity Risk Governance at Block, where responsibilities include managing cybersecurity risk assessments and leading various governance workstreams. Prior experience includes roles as Security Compliance Manager at Square, Inc. (now Block, Inc.), Manager of Information Security and Data Privacy at Nureva Inc., and Senior Manager of Digital Risk & Cybersecurity at PwC, where Olabode built a center of excellence across West & East Africa. Additional positions held include Senior Manager at ntel, Compliance Manager at Rack Centre, and PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor at Digital Jewels Limited, among others.
