Peter McDermott

Peter McDermott has extensive experience in accounts payable, currently serving as the EMEA & APAC Lead at Block since September 2021. Prior to this role, Peter held positions at AbbVie as Accounts Payable Manager and at Allergan, where responsibilities included Accounts Payable Supervisor, Analyst, and Coordinator. Peter's early career included a customer service role at Hastings Insurance Brokers from February 2010 to February 2015. In terms of education, Peter is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Software Development at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, expected to complete in February 2024, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from The Open University, completed in July 2016.
