Phil Seabrease

Phil Seabrease is currently the Head of Tax at Block and has held this position since 2019. Previously, they served as Vice President of Tax at Groupon and Square, and had a notable career at CDK Global, Inc where they managed a significant tax team and oversaw the transition from ADP's tax operations. Phil began their career in tax at Arthur Andersen and has held various senior roles across prestigious firms including KPMG and Deloitte Tax, where they specialized in multistate and international taxation. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
