Sally Frank

Sally Frank possesses extensive experience in analyzing and addressing child sex trafficking and exploitation issues. With a background at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as both an Analyst I and Analyst II, Sally provided analytical support to law enforcement and managed projects to enhance analytical capabilities. At the International Justice Mission, Sally served as a Senior Analyst focused on Internet Crimes Against Children, delivering training and mentorship while collecting critical intelligence. As the Specialist in the Center to End Online Sexual Exploitation of Children, Sally led international capacity-building projects and consulted with various stakeholders on improving detection and legislative efforts. Prior roles included coordinating care for high-risk victims at the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center and serving as a Legal Case Manager at Rasansky Law Firm.
