Sandy Liu

Sandy Liu currently serves as Legal Lead for Bitkey and Proto at Block, starting in May 2022. Prior experience includes working at Stripe from November 2018 to May 2022 as Product Counsel and Team Lead for Risk and Software Products, where Sandy Liu managed a global team of product counsels and provided legal support for Stripe's revenue management software. Prior to Stripe, Sandy Liu was a Product Legal Counsel at PayPal, focusing on compliance for new merchant products, and held legal roles at YapStone, specializing in commercial contracts and strategic partnerships. Sandy Liu holds a J.D. degree, cum laude, with a concentration in Tax from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
