Stephen Murphy

Stephen Murphy is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in mobile app development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Block since May 2022, Stephen leads the SPOS Onboarding & Growth team. Prior to this, Stephen held the role of Engineering Manager at Wayfair from September 2019 to May 2022, managing a team of engineers focused on mobile app onboarding and user engagement. Stephen's extensive experience includes senior positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities spanned software engineering management, technical architecture, and mobile development. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
