Steve Reis

Steve Reis is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently, Reis serves as the Head of Product for Block Financial Platform, overseeing a team that powers comprehensive financial services for Block. Prior to this role, Reis held multiple leadership positions at Square, including Head of Product for Square Platform and Square Payments, where responsibilities included managing a large team of product managers and driving strategic objectives related to payment acceptance and seller onboarding. As co-founder and CEO of Sygn, Reis developed innovative payment authentication solutions that were later acquired by Square. Additional experience includes significant roles at Amazon in payment acceptance, international payment expansion, and emerging payments. Reis holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
