Sylvia Sanchez

Sylvia Sanchez is an experienced professional in Benefits Administration, currently serving as the Head of US Benefits at Block since July 2017, having previously held the role of Manager, US Benefits. Prior to this, Sylvia was a Benefits Manager at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from April 2014 to July 2017 and held various positions within the company from December 2003 to April 2014, including Sr. Benefits Specialist and Manager, Benefits Information. Additional experience includes roles as an HRIS Analyst and HRIS Administrator at Del Monte Foods, as well as an HR Assistant and HR Intern at Critical Path. Sylvia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Francisco.
